As usual, I offer up this caveat: "let the buyer...okay, reader...beware" of anything you read on this site and try doing without thinking about it just because you think I'm some sort of genius. Hahahahahaha! Genius? Me? Heck, most of what we have done for over 25 years preparing for God knows what was my husband's idea. If anyone is a genius, it is him! If anyone asked back in 1982 whether or not I was going tos pend over 25 years out in the rural remote growing veggies, living in a house that my husband built almost single-handedly, collecting rainwater, putting corks into broken frozen pipes and busting up firewood, I would have said to that person, "Get your head examined! I plan on being a psychologist or therapist! And hopefully make enough money to live in New York City! Upper East Side, even!" |
Let the reader beware, because the main topic today is preparing for a not-so-remote ("But God, I hope it is very remote! I pray it is very remote! I beg it is very remote! I ask this in the name of your Son, Jesus Christ, my Savior!") possibility--based on the current state of US finances and not some Jonesian type conspiracy theory--event of government agencies of some sort (using local taxing authorities, the counties and school districts), siezing all private property in order to pay off the national debt. |
As far as I know there is no precedence for this in history. When Rome fell, private property was not seized--it was overrun with Huns and whatnot, but it was not seized by the Roman authorities. When Spain was unable to pay its debts during the 1500s, the King did not (as far as I know) seize everyone's private property--not even property of the non-nobles and non-Catholic Church folks, that is, not even property owned by Spain's burgeoning middle class. But that doesn't mean the US govt. couldn't or wouldn't pull something like this. Remember that FDR put into effect in the infamous year of 1933 the "Trading with the Enemies" Act (making all US citizens enemies of the US govt.) and acts covering a "state of emergency" that have never been repealed. You can argue that the reason they were never repealed was because they had no effect. But the fact is, these laws are still on the books! For instance, there is an archaic law on the books of a local municipality that dogs are not allowed in a certain park from 8 pm until 8 am on Saturdays-Sundays. Few know about this law because no signs at that park entrance are posted, and those who do know about this law don't warn anyone because no one enforces this law, anyway. But supposing someone whom the Chief of Police doesn't like walked his dog (or let his dog go freely) in the park on Saturday night, and the Chief found out about it the next day, say at church. Just because the Chief can't stand the "law breaker" and the cop has to "enforce the law," said Chief ensures that the "law breaker" goes to jail for breaking the law or pays a heavy fine. Again, who's to say that the Feds or even the States don't do the same thing to those they consider "enemies"--We the People? |

Of all the bad things about failure to at least consider that maybe so-called "conspiracy theorists" might be telling the truth after all, is to inculcate the idea that just because someone who could be considered a "conspiracy theorist" brings up possibile scenarios and is considered by the anointed such as Glenn Beck as "crackpots" (remember he called Ron Paul a crackpot and had to apologize to the guy later), then every scenario brought up by this theorist must be crackpot as well. I daresay that the oligarchs WANT you to believe that some of the things they are supposedly planning are crackpot ideas. (In fact, after what Beck tried to do to Texas gubernatorial candidate Debra Medina, I'd say right now the oligarchs just love the guy! In fact, Beck just might be the number one DISINFORMATION agent in the US right now.) So, if I say that the US government might seize ALL private assets, such as bank accounts, land and homes, cars and what not (well, not all--they wouldn't dare seize the private assets of the oligarchs who own them), call me a crackpot if you want, but don't completely disregard it, because IMHO the US goverment at this point is capable of anything, and not just because a Democrat is running the country. If Bush the "Christian" could authorize torture, then Obama the "Man of Hope and Change" can seize your property. (Yet if am Establishment Republican was told ny his masters to do it, he would.) Obama is already fixing to use his appointee Cass Sunstein to end free speech, scrapping the First Amendment. But you might not know that because NO ONE on "right" or "left" wing radio or TV--except Sirius Radio's "Sirius Patriots" Mike Church and Andrew Wilkow--has even mentioned it! Folks like Hannity and Beck and the lot are too busy blaming all our economic woes on ACORN, and folks like Randi Rhodes and Ed Schultz are too busy blaming "the Tea Parties"! (Note: if you subscribe to XM and not Sirius, you can get Church and Wilkow by listening on Sunday afternoon on XMs "America Right" channel 166, or you can sign up for "Best of Sirius" on XM. Or, if you want satellite radio and can't decide which one to sign up for, I'd pick Sirius at this point, especially if you want to get all the NFL games. BTW, I prefer Church to Wilkow...Church is a serious Ron Paul supporter, while Wilcow is right about everything except sometimes he still a bit of a neocon on foreign policy). |

The point is, at least start to think about the possibility if you haven't already done so. In fact, just for the sake of playing "devil's advocate" (being a Jesus advocate, this may seem hypocritical), let's assume that six months from now, the US government will begin seizing all private assets, presuming that they will only be able to do so in increments. Since the UN's Agenda 21 places many rural areas under some sort of "eminent domain"-like standard (for instance, lands adjacent to "World Heritage Sites" or "Federal Lands" or "International Border Areas"), let's assume the Feds try doing this is rural areas first. (Further, DO NOT ASSUME that because rural remote folks have guns and ammo aplenty--or at least you should!--the Feds won't pick on us first!). If this is the case, what can be done? |
Without knowing specifically what will be done when property is seized, and without knowing what pretext will be used, there is nothing specific that I can say I would do. First, do you due diligence research on Agenda 21 to find out what pretexts could be used. Google it, and while you are at it Google (or Bing or whatever) Henry Lamb and his land foundation, or Google "private property defense organizations." At the very least, educate yourself. Since land taxing authorities are going to be involved, find out whatever it is you would have to do in order to keep them off your back or at least keep yourself under their radar. If you were hoping I'd say "protest by not paying taxes"...well, I'm not about telling you not to pay taxes. Not paying taxes is something you have to decide on. It is none of my business whether you decide not to pay taxes of any kind. But if you don't pay taxes, just be prepared for the consequences. The easiest way to lose you land, however, is to not pay your taxes! Look, my husband and I tried the "allodial title" bit and it didn't work: unless you're a Rothschild or descended from the King of England or someone like that, you can't get allodial title! Folks, the taxing authorities simply won't honor any declaration of allodial titles, no matter how many lawyers you hire. |
However, if you and the rest of your community think that land seizure is a possibility, then you and the rest of your community can work together to maybe prevent land seizure from happening. But I think blockading yourself and family in some kind of compound fending off the Feds (like McLaren did in the ROT Standoff), just by yourselves, without the support of all your neighbors, is poor planning. Be aware, however, that if ALL the land surrounding your subdivision is owned or in "conservation easement" by the Nature Conservancy or Sierra Club or whatever BS environmental group, then the danger of "eminent domain" is real. Over ten years ago, the Hatch, NM, Courrier, when it was owned by a true patriot, was full of Nature Conservancy horror stories. Again, the point of this is to show you that you need to start "covering your assets." Don't give anyone any excuse to steal your property! |

We have a Morgan Stanley strategist advising everyone with means to "head for the hills" (and I assume, of course, that even us peons can do it!). We have, thanks to the NO NAIS folks and others, the US govt. scrapping the National Animal ID System...hallelujah! (but just to be sure I'm keeping the "NO NAIS" banner up). We have former US Presidential Candidate, Chuck Baldwin, warning about the Republican Eastablishment and phony conservatives like Palin taking over the "Tea Party" movement. Thanks Chuck but I beat you to it. We have almost the whole world and especially Britain denouncing Israel for the Mossad's role in the Dubai killings of Hamas folks USING BRITISH passports!. (You know, every time Israel does stuff like this it really does make me wonder if they really did have a lot to do with 9-11! If they could do the USS Liberty...). We have a guy in Cincinnati bulldozing his house to keep the bank from foreclosing on it. We have "conspiracy theorist" Christopher Bollyn saying that Israeli moles had control of US DOD computers on 9-11, which is partially corroborated by Canadian-Israeli reporter Barry Chamish. We have Ron Paul being supported for President in 2012 by the Conservative Policital Action Committee. Folks, this one is serious, because the CPAC has in the past been considered a tool of the Republican Party Establishment. Unfortunately, most of the folks there also support Glenn Beck, who showed just what a tool of Rick Perry he is by trying to make Debra Medina out to be some kind of "9-11 whackjob". Beck can ask whatever questions he wants on his show, but to do this sort of thing right when Medina is rising in the polls in Texas, actually threatening Rick Perry's re-election campaign, shows just what a tool Beck is. Why am I right that he is just a tool? Because when Sarah Palin herself questions 9-11, Beck doesn't try to treat her like garbage, now does he? And if you think Perry paid Beck to do this, you just might be on to something. |

And, finally this week, we have Joe Stack being called a folk hero or a "terrorist." I got lots of links here, but let me say IMHO that he is neither. Folk heroes don't plow their planes (and he did apparently own it) into office buildings killing folks who just happen to work for the IRS and are likely not actual tax collectors. If Stack wanted to hurt the IRS, he could have hacked into all their computers (since, after all, he was an IT guy!) and wiped out their tax records for 20 years. Or, he could have faked his own death and have the IRS try to come after the wife he supposedly hated. Or, he could have gone to jail like Gordon Kahl and other tax resisters and really stood for something. Or, he could have done what the guy in Cincy did to keep the IRS from taking his house--which he did, supposedly, by burning it--but plow his plane into a building killing and hurting innocents? Or, if he wanted to kill someone, he could have done it to...well, folks who maybe aren't so innocent, not that I advocate killing. And the suicide note which is now all over the Internet? Suspicious, because how does a guy who sounds like he is down to his last penny not only own a plane, but has the funds to store it and gas it up? I'm not the only one, either, who thinks this is weird. Or, was this just another false flag op? Naturally, the MSM is milking it for all they can trying to blame it all on, you guessed it, "angry white 'terrorists'," with the usual SPLC shill, Mark Potok, "analyzing" this event. After all the BS he spounted in the 90s about "angry white males," I wonder if any real person in the US believes this critter any more! As for me, I don't know if this was false flag, or just desperation, but until all the facts are in, this thing smells. Period. |

Finally, I do have a question for Mr. Beck: "Sir, when did you stop beating your wife?" It's my site and I'll ask if I want to! |
