Five Questions About ObamaCare. Plus: COINTELPRO is Back, So Beware of "Resistance" Groups Near You, Including "Tea Party" Groups |
Well, the vegetable garden for 2010 is sprouting, and more are on the way. However, with the criminal passage of ObamaCare still fresh in everyone's mind, I have five questions I am asking myself, and answering, in light of what's in the Constitution which, until Obama repeals it outright (and if he didn't hypocritically swear to uphold it during his inauguration, he might have already accomplished...but criminals who are also hypocrites don't need to bother with such formalities, do they?). |

Question 1: All Americans will be forced to buy health insurance or the feds will sic the IRS on us...but will they be able to make that stick? I have thought up all sorts of scenarios, from the IRS hiring ex-cons and gang-bangers to hiring ex-military types acting as mercenaries like Blackwater, to hiring armies of unemployed folks "grateful" to have jobs so they can feed their families. So the short answer is, "yes, the IRS could make it stick." But only if they have the money to pay these folks, and that assumes the US government will manage to avoid going bankrupt. Ron Paul (in a video below), thinks the feds will go bankrupt before 2014, when the individual mandate goes into affect. |

Question 2: Was there ever any doubt, and, if there was no doubt this would pass, why did right-wing talk show hosts and others give folks the impression that it might not pass? To answer the second part of the question first, radio talk show hosts or others are entertainers first, so they had to build up suspense even if they were sure this thing would pass. And in my mind there was nearly no doubt, because the folks who made this thing pass are criminals and their lackeys...or psychopaths, who would kill their own mothers to make sure this thing passed. However, this isn't necessarily because they actually believe in this manner of health insurance reform. Again, Christopher Story gets it right when he says ObamaCare is all about having a way to launder "settlement" funds through the scam-ridden derivatives market for their own agendas. And, in order to get as much money into the system for use, the tax payers must be forced to support this sytem, which is why this health insurance is mandatory. The tax payers MUST be bled dry in order for this to work. |

Question 3: Will the writer of this web site succumb and buy insurance? First of all, I can't afford a decent plan no matter what; second, if I take a full time job (not easy to get around here) I'd get insurance through employer (and, if the employer decided they'd make me an "independent contractor" to avoid paying for my insurance--I think thousands of firms will go this route--then they'd have to pay me the differential or else I wouldn't work for them.) Thus, if I am unemployed my husband might have to pay to get me insured on his plan. The notion of not paying and going to jail is not viable, because my husband (who could be seen by the bureaucrats being able to put me on his plan, and not doing so is an IRS offense) shouldn't have to go to jail with me just because it isn't right to force him to put me on his insurance. But the whole issue is probably moot because I don't think ObamaCare is going to stand, period, or won't stand in Texas and some other states. |

Question 4: Why did Obama make plans to go to Indonesia, then all of a sudden, he cancelled the trip to push for ObamaCare..in other words, why the rush? Again, Christopher Story explains this far better than I can, in the article "New Collateral for Revenue Anticipation Bond," a bond of which has actually been activated. One thing I am thankful to God for everyday is that He allows Story to get the truth out (and remain standing!) |

Question 5: What methods can work to repeal this monster? Various states can use nullification by the state legislatures and courts (Attorneys General), which has worked in some cases, such as the RealID laws, which some states (most, in fact) have nullified. However, a better thing would be three-forths or about 38 states that do not want ObamaCare to create Article V Convention in each state. Article V of the Constitution says: "The Congress, whenever two-thirds of both Houses shall deem it necessary, shall propose Amendments to this Constitution, or, on the Application of the Legislatures of two-thirds of the several States, shall call a Convention for proposing Amendments, which, in either case, shall be valid to all intents and purposes, as part of this Constitution, when ratified by the Legislatures of three-forths of the several States, or by Conventions in three-forths thereof, as the one or the other Mode of Ratification may be proposed by Congress..." And the Tenth Amendment says that powers not given to the federal government AND not denied to the states are reserved for the states and people. Texas and many if not most states have already passed "Tenth Amendment Resolutions" in their state legislatures. Basically it comes down to this (considering the federal government hasn't abided by the Constitution for many years, so why would they now?): will the federal government simply repeal the Consitution and be done with it? Send federal troops to the states to prevent any kind of nullification or Article V conventions (remember when Eisenhower sent troops to enforce de-segregation in Little Rock, Arkansas, after the Supreme Court's "Brown vs. Board of Education" case)? Or declare martial law? Or, will all it take is to elect enough Republican Congress and Senate folks in 2010 to make repeal possible? I'm not holding my breath on the idea of the Republicans repealing this bill, since they were for mandatory insurance before they were against it. Or, if the bill is not repealed, a person who has been damaged by ObamaCare can sue in the court system for damages, and then the Supreme Court might have to hear the case, which would likely take years. So says Judge Napolitano in another video, below. Or, as Ron Paul has said, most likely the country will go bankrupt before 2014 ever rolls around, in another video, below. |

COINTELPRO is Back? |
With the Fed raids of the Hutaree "Christian Militia" group that has admittedly been infilltrated by FBI and ATF informers and now the bugaboo about the "Guardians of the Free Republic" "threat" letter to all state governors that the FBI is "investigating," it is looking more and more like another FBI COINTELPRO operation, and one of my favorite bloggers, Will Grigg of "Freedom In Our Time" has a great piece on recent COINTELPRO-like operations, including a false flag op in Dearborn, Michigan against a so-called radical Muslim "terrorist" Imam there. Then you have Tea Party groups being "attacked" by some "anarchist" groups, or some rumor of it somewhere. In other words, it sounds as if the FBI is running COINTELPRO again. |
Folks, if I hadn't seen a "patriot" group infilltrated with my own eyes (that is, the "Republic of Texas" movement of Rick McLaren), then I wouldn't have the BS detector that I do have now, regarding these groups. Does anyone reading this remember when the FBI infilltrated the Black Panthers, the anti-Vietnam War movement (think "yippies"), MLK and his Southern Christian Leadership Conference, in an operation called COINTELPRO? These folks, the Hutaree, various militia groups and others, particularly those groups that advocate violence, almost certainly have been infilltrated by the FBI or ATF. That is the number two reason I will never support violent "resistance" groups. The number one reason? Because violent acts will only provide a pretext for the oligarchs and power elites to institute martial law and start shooting We the People for no reason--which is maybe why the FBI is pushing these bozos to create violence in the first place! Finally, that is why I support non-violent civil disobedience and small group, leaderles, and disorganized resistance, and getting out of the system. |
